Did you know? The most common Health Canada inspection finding in 2014–15 was against requirements for proper record keeping. The importance of good documentation practice needs to be emphasized to ensure complete and accurate reporting, and to ensure the clinical study is conducted in accordance with good clinical practice. Join Jean Smart of Clinical Trials BC as she discusses these requirements and best practices for record keeping.
